OBSERVE: 3 campaigns bleeding ($3,329/mo wasted at $559-$759 CPL). Sewer at 18.6x ROAS budget-capped at $35/day. India clicks still getting through (166 clicks, 66 fake conversions).
HYPOTHESIS: Pausing bleeders and boosting winners will increase revenue by $36K+/mo while reducing waste.
TEST: Pause Drain/Sewer Replacement/Water Heater. Boost Sewer $100/day, Emergency $50/day. Block India+5 countries. 30-day test.
MEASURE: Revenue from Google Ads (30 day pre vs post). CPL. ROAS. India click count (target: 0).
STATUS: Changes deployed via API Mar 25. Measuring through Apr 25.
EXP #231: EC4L PII Bridge (Enhanced Conversions)
READY
OBSERVE: Smart Bidding doesn't know WHO converts. Google confirmed matching is event-based. No PII at conversion = blind algorithm.
HYPOTHESIS: Providing hashed PII at conversion events will improve Smart Bidding accuracy, increasing ROAS from 18.6x to 25x+ within 60 days.
TEST: Deploy EC4L PII Bridge (WordPress Snippet #53). Captures form email/phone into sessionStorage, pushes to GTM dataLayer at every conversion.
MEASURE: ROAS before vs after (30/60/90 day). Conversion value accuracy. Smart Bidding bid adjustments.
STATUS: Script built. Needs WordPress deployment (manual, Code Snippets API not available).
EXP #232: Daniel AI After-Hours Coverage
TESTING
OBSERVE: Zero after-hours coverage. Peak calls 6-10 AM but CSRs start at 8 AM. Every missed call = lost to competitor. Brenda makes $15K/mo from Broccoli inbound.
HYPOTHESIS: Daniel AI handling after-hours calls will capture $15K-$112K/month in currently lost revenue at $30-50/mo cost.
TEST: v2.3 deployed with ElevenLabs voice, full plumbing knowledge, listen-first pattern. Stephanie/Ashton testing quality. If approved: soft launch 9PM-8AM for 1 week.
MEASURE: Calls answered after-hours. Booking rate. Customer satisfaction (complaints?). Revenue from after-hours bookings.

TEST: Campaign 1: Dormant Reactivation. Start with top 100 scored contacts. A/B test subject lines. "$199 Spring Checkup" hook.
MEASURE: Open rate (target 20%+), reply rate (target 2%+), booking rate, revenue per email sent.

HYPOTHESIS: Calling dismissed estimates with "$199 off spring special" will recover 10+ jobs worth $40K-$80K. Zero cost.
TEST: Ashton/Jordan call top 20 highest-value estimates this week. Track who answers, who books, what objections.
MEASURE: Contact rate. Rebook rate. Revenue recovered. Objection patterns (price? timing? competitor?).

HYPOTHESIS: $199 checkup generates 3x revenue through upsell (sump pump service, water heater flush, drain issues found).
TEST: Post on GBP, Facebook, Nextdoor. Include in email campaign. Techs offer at end of every service call.
