After-hours routes to Daniel. If your phone is working, ignore this. If you had weird drops this morning, that was why.

LSA uses a different review link than our regular Google review link.
If a call came in from Local Services Ads (LSA), the customer needs the special LSA review link β€” not the normal one. Ashton will tag LSA calls in dispatch. Ask the office which link to send. Right now LSA shows 0 reviews, which is hurting our rank and lead volume (4 LSA calls this month vs 39 last month). Fixing this lifts the flow back up.
πŸͺͺ CREDIT YOURSELF ON THE JOB
Some completed jobs have a BLANK "sold by" tech β€” nobody gets credit.
When you convert an estimate to a job, your name has to be in the "sold by" field. If it's blank, sales don't get counted for you. Happens most when the office approves an estimate on your behalf. Check every job as you close it out. If you see blanks on your completed jobs, flag dispatch to backfill.

Photos you take are being captured locally but NOT syncing to ST.
You're doing the right thing β€” keep shooting before/during/after photos on every job. The sync pipeline is broken and Robert is fixing it this week. When it's back up, every photo you've taken will auto-push to the job record. Don't stop; don't re-shoot manually.

You will need a phone number and a backup email on your Google account. When the prompt hits your phone, follow it all the way through. If you skip it you will get locked out of Gmail, Ramp, and Slack.

Open 80 foot trench. Shoring required before next rain.
The hole is already starting to cave in at the top. If rain hits that whole trench will collapse. This is a safety call, not a scheduling call. Shoring gets installed before the next storm. No exceptions.

After Tuesday's meeting, park out front. Truck inspections begin.
